About Last Night…THE X FACTOR, UNFORGETTABLE, RINGER and More

Tuesday night TV is fairly slow, but that doesn’t mean a lot of things didn’t go down.

Which show annoyed me? Which one am I still loving? Let’s talk TV!

Last night “Simon WTF” was trending on Twitter and I was a little alarmed by what the implications of that could mean for THE X FACTOR. Turns out, I was right to worry. While I seriously disagreed with several of the judges’ decisions, no one’s team bothers me more than Simon’s. Tiah? Seriously? She was lucky she scraped by to begin with, so choosing her over someone like Jazzlyn or (initially) Melanie? Seriously?! And yes, poor Melanie. Arguably the best singer of the competition and Simon let her go? It’s a good thing he fixed his mistake or he may have been booed out of THE X FACTOR live shows.

I’m still greatly enjoying UNFORGETTABLE. The little peek we got of Al’s relationship with his father in the past intrigued me, and I’m glad for Al’s sake his mentor wasn’t dirty. I’m still a little curious how the show is going to work it when Carrie isn’t immediately at a crime scene, but for now, the show is making it work.

I’m doubting more and more that Gemma is dead on RINGER, but I am glad that it appears that Henry wasn’t the one that attacked her. Call me naive, but I believe that he would willingly clean up Siobhan’s mess if he thought she was responsible for her killing his wife. He loves her, whether it’s rational or not. I’ve only recently rejoined 90210, but I find that I’m not enjoying any of the couples that are currently together. Am I alone? Kellie Pickler was adorable, though.
