I feel like I say this every week, but it seems like there are so many quality shows on Thursday nights! I’ll be watching THE BIG BANG THEORY, PARKS AND RECREATION, the season premiere of BONES, THE OFFICE, and PERSON OF INTEREST. Good lord, that’s a lot of shows!
And there’s a lot more where that came from so read on for your choices!
The Big Bang Theory | 8pm on CBS
“The Isolation Permutation”
Amy’s heart is broken when Bernadette and Penny go shopping for wedding dresses and don’t invite her.
Charlie’s Angels | 8pm on ABC
“Black Hat Angels”
The Angels trace a kidnapped artist to a gallery owner who was the victim of extortion. When they dig to identify the extortionist, they discover that Bosley’s identity has been compromised, and that he has been tied to the kidnapping. In order to clear his name, they must find out who is responsible – and it’s someone from Bosley’s computer hacking past.
The Vampire Diaries | 8pm on The CW
“Ordinary People”
With help from Elena and Bonnie, Alaric tries to decipher the meaning behind his recent discovery Elena and Rebekah engage in a mean-girl power struggle, until Rebekah finally reveals some of her family’s ancient secrets and the violent past she shares with Klaus and Elijah. Damon tries a reckless new approach to make a breakthrough with Stefan, and they’re both surprised by an unlikely ally.

“Advanced Gay”
When Pierce learns that he and his Hawthorne wipes have become extremely popular, he decides to throw a big party — until his overbearing father, Cornelius Hawthorne shows up and puts the kibosh on the plans. Meanwhile, Troy finds himself being courted by Vice Dean Laybourne and his secretive Air Conditioning Repair Annex, as well as Greendale’s resident janitor, Jerry.

Audrey’s throat surgery makes her unable to speak, much to Jeff’s delight. Meanwhile, Russell tells Timmy the only way that he will get a raise is if he does Russell’s dirty work and fires someone.

“End of the World”
A local Pawnee group predicts that the end of the world is coming, causing Leslie and others to contemplate their lives. Tom decides to throw the best party ever before he loses his office space, while April helps Andy complete his “bucket list” before the world ends.

“Heart-Shaped Box”
The doctors become nostalgic when George O’Malley’s mother, Louise, returns to Seattle Grace for medical help after a botched surgery at a neighboring hospital; the residents are inspired by a medical miracle when they witness a harvested heart that continues to beat outside the body; a new pediatric fellow excites Arizona and makes Alex feel threatened; Jackson lets his suspicions about Mark and Lexie interfere with his work; and Henry and Teddy have their first marital fight when he expresses interest in pursuing medical school.

“The Memories in the Shallow Grave”
When the Jeffersonian team identifies the remains of a woman found in a paintball field, they discover two missing-persons reports in her file. Booth and Sweets interrogate the victim’s husband and learn that she suffered from amnesia. When squint Wendell Bray learns that the victim also survived a bullet wound, inconsistencies in her medical records uncover a surprising crime linked to her murder. Dwight tries to help the office’s efficiency by installing a Doomsday device that will get them all fired if they make too many mistakes.

“Witness”
The Machine identifies a school teacher who witnessed a mob hit as their next POI and Reese and Finch rush to save his life.
The Secret Circle | 9pm on The CW
“Beneath”
After not hearing from her grandmother for a couple of days, Cassie becomes concerned and wants to go look for her. Diana decides the entire Circle should go in case Jane is in trouble. She also invites Jake along, much to Adam’s dismay. A storm turns the day trip into an overnight excursion, so Faye suggests a little game of Truth or Dare to liven up the evening. However, things take a horrible turn when Faye is forced to reckon with someone from her past.
Whitney | 9:30pm on NBC
“Two Broke-Up Guys”
When Alex encourages Mark to recycle his beer can, Mark takes an unusually firm stance against it, causing the two to “break-up.” Trying to cheer Alex up, Whitney steps in for guy’s night out, only to run into Mark and his new best friend, Neal. In an effort to reunite the bro-mance, Whitney, following advice from Lily and Roxanne, arms herself with some Rocky Road and red wine and sets out to discover the real root of Mark’s heartbreak.

“The Anti-Social Network”
While Dennis and Charlie track down an annoying Paddy’s patron the old-fashioned way, Dee and Mac cyberstalk him. Frank is online as well, trying to boost business at the bar. Things go viral, and not in a good way for Frank.
Burn Notice | 10pm on USA | Season Premiere
“Damned If You Do”
Michael and Fiona plan to abduct a hacker in Puerto Rico in order to obtain his software, but the man has several other enemies to contend with. Elsewhere, Madeline learns to retrieve information from the police under the tutelage of Sam and Jesse.
Prime Suspect | 10pm on NBC
“Shame”
Jane and Duffy are on the case of a middle-aged man found robbed and dead in a hotel. After watching surveillance tapes Jane searches for a wig-changing prostitute. Meanwhile, Duffy manages to get under Jane’s skin after making comments about her relationship with Costello.
The Mentalist | 10pm on CBS
“Blinking Red Light”
The search for a serial killer hits close to home for Jane when he encounters a blogger who has devoted his life to finding the killer.
Private Practice | 10pm on ABC
“If I Hadn’t Forgotten…”
Charlotte’s painful memories of a horrible tragedy are triggered as Amelia continues her downward spiral; Addison takes one step closer to motherhood when she finally chooses a sperm donor; Cooper faces a difficult decision when he realizes his patient’s parents have been drugging their son in an effort to control his supposed ADHD; and Pete’s trust issues prevent him from repairing his fragile relationship with Violet.
