About Last Night…GLEE, NEW GIRL and UNFORGETTABLE

While I was embarrassed about how little I watched on Sunday and Monday, Tuesday is even worse — I only had the chance to watch GLEE and parts of NEW GIRL and UNFORGETTABLE. (Though I promise some of you will be really happy about why I was barely able to watch TV.)

So while it may not have been much, let’s talk about what did go down on TV last night…

GLEE. Hm. As much as I normally like Artie, it was super uncomfortable to watch him basically tell Rachel and Blaine to have sex with their respective boyfriends and then probe Coach Bieste on her sexual history. I know a lot of people were super stoked to see Rachel/Finn and Kurt/Blaine have sex, but for me, the highlight of the episode was the “America” number from WEST SIDE STORY. I wish we could see these kids do more musical productions for their school because it completely makes sense they would. [For more on GLEE, check out Kath’s recap of the hour.]

Only was able to watch the first 8 minute of NEW GIRL and I’m still not sold the way I feel I should be. I feel like this may end up being a show I pop in and out of whenever I have the time to check in.

I hate coming into a procedural after missing the first 15 minutes, but I did that last night with UNFORGETTABLE. Sadly, the episode didn’t draw me in like it normally does. Was it a not-so-great hour, or did those of you who started at the beginning enjoy it?

A little disappointed to have missed RAISING HOPE, 90210 and RINGER, but I’ll catch up over the weekend. [For a recap of RINGER, check out Rachel’s thoughts on last night’s episode.]
