GLEE Spoilers: “The First Time” Teasers

Earlier today Fox gave us a sneak peek at next Tuesday’s episode of GLEE. And what a week to get the episode early…
Honestly, I’m very happy to have this moment in time to share some episode teasers with you all, as I fear there might not be many of you left standing after “The First Time” airs.
There’s been a lot (and I mean a LOT) of build up within the GLEE fandom about this episode, and that’s always dangerous because reality (even fake reality) rarely ever lives up to expectations. But I will say that as a fellow GLEEk who was has been waiting for this ‘Election Day’ episode like the rest of you, I was left satisfied and smiling (yes, I know, that’s what she said…and Finn said and Blaine said…)
Before we get going, I must share the same disclaimer I share before all my GLEE teaser posts…
Dear fellow die-hard GLEEks, in the words of Quinn Fabray – this post is all about the teasin’ and not necessarily the pleasin’. While I hope to share a few tidbits that will get you more excited about next week’s episode I’m not about spoiling major plot points for you.
If you are the type of fan that is going to be annoyed with me for not spilling everything there is to know then it’s probably best that you NOT read this and just wait to watch the episode yourself on Tuesday.
On the other hand, if you are a fan that has a wavering line when it comes to what constitutes a spoiler, then you might want to stay away too as it’s not my intention to ruin the episode in any capacity for you.
Now that we have that settled, let’s get down to business.
Megan Mullally Joins BREAKING IN

Now that BREAKING IN is back from the dead, we’re finally getting a hint at what to expect when the show returns this spring — Fox just announced that Megan Mullally has joined the cast as the new boss of Contra Security.
Say what?!
It seems that when the show returns, a corporate conglomerate takes control of Contra. There is no way Oz (Contra’s former owner) is going to take this lightly, and I can’t wait to see what kind of power struggles he gets into with his new boss.
BREAKING IN officially goes back into production in January. Is anyone else super excited what they come up with next?

Happy FRINGE Friday, guys! And guess what? No baseball is going to stop tonight’s episode from airing!
It’s been a few weeks since our last original episode, but as you may remember, Peter has returned to the series in solid form — but, um, no one knew who he was.
So where do they go from here? I talked with FRINGE executive producers Jeff Pinkner and J.H Wyman about Peter’s return, whether William Bell is still alive, if they have something special already planned for episode 19 and what the ratings means for a potential fifth season…

John Casey meets his match in tonight’s brand new episode of CHUCK and things are about to get spicy, executive producer Chris Fedak teased to reporters earlier this week.
“Well you know this week…we have Carrie-Anne Moss for the first time playing Gertrude Verbansky and she runs Verbansky Corp,” Fedak teased. “And Carrie-Anne and Verbansky is kind of the competition to Carmichael Industries, Chuck’s new private spy company. And we have a lot of fun with that kind of — the intermingling of these two companies — the competition between these two companies.”

America had their first chance to vote on THE X FACTOR last night and, personally, I was surprised by one of the acts being placed in the bottom two.
Backstage after the show, I asked the judges whether they thought the right two acts were put in danger by America’s voting, plus the eliminated group/singer discussed their journey on the series.

BONES Season Premiere Recap: ‘The Memories in the Shallow Grave’
November 3, 2011 by Sarah Curtis
Hello, BONES fans! If you are like me, you’ve been trying not to judge the BONES season S7 premiere, “The Memories in the Shallow Grave,” as this “thing” that must make all of season 6 “worth it.” That’s not exactly fair, right?
And yet, the writers made some deliberate choices last year that have greatly affected the series — and in the scheme of six seasons of Booth and Brennan circling one another romantically, putting them “together” will result, I believe, in plots that viewers will feel the most passionate about. But will it be passionate love, passionate hate, or passionate indifference? Though the last choice seems like an oxymoron, for some BONES fans, it still fits. Wherever we fall on the “Squee!-to-Screw THIS!” spectrum, I’m guessing we’ll at least have something to talk about. Starting, as always, with…

There’s a brand new episode of THE SECRET CIRCLE tonight and from what I’ve seen, things are getting juicy.
Thanks to Warner Bros. — who took a group of reporters up to Vancouver last month — I was on set for part of the filming of this episode and there is drinking, games, making out, lots of rain and so much more coming your way in “Beneath.”
But enough from me. Take a look at what Britt Robertson (Cassie), Thomas Dekker (Adam), Phoebe Tonkin (Faye) and Shelley Hennig (Diana) had to tease about the hour…
BONES: TJ Thyne Teases Season 7

BONES is back!
After nearly six months between seasons — and with just as much time passing on-screen for the characters we know — things are a bit different on the show. Booth and Brennan’s relationship has definitely changed, Hodgins and Angela have settled in with baby Michael and everyone is still trying to adjust to Brennan’s pregnancy. Oh, and on top of those personal matters, the team will still be busy solving murders.
“I really love that we have this show that is so surrounded by death, and yet it’s nothing but light, laughter, fun and life,” BONES star TJ Thyne (Hodgins) told me. “We have babies and laughter galore. Who’d have thunk it?”
What else did he have to say about the new season, the changes in Hodgins and more? Read on…

AMERICAN HORROR STORY Recap: ‘Halloween, Part 2’

Comments Off on AMERICAN HORROR STORY Recap: ‘Halloween, Part 2’
We’re now five episodes into AMERICAN HORROR STORY (which just got picked up for a second season), and things finally seem to be headed somewhere. In the first few episodes, some groundwork was laid for both the characters and the mythology, but it got swallowed up by body parts in glass jars, off-putting camera angles, and Dylan McDermott’s yelling. Those elements are all still very much present, but they now feel like part of the show’s fabric, rather than Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk simply trying to make a classic horror pastiche to prove they’ve watched ROSEMARY’S BABY. The result? An increasingly entertaining and captivating series that could actually pass the “it’s so bad it’s good” bar some time in the near future.
