While there might be very little on TV these days, this is also the time of the year when there are five million work events to go to a week. (I know, poor little reporter girl.) While that’s all good and fun, that also means I only get to watch a little TV per night.
But there’s still plenty of things to talk about from THE X FACTOR and BONES, so let’s talk about those two shows…

Happy Friday! Time for one last SNAP JUDGMENT for the week!

Every day we’ll pick our favorite promotional picture from that night’s new television episodes and we’ll showcase it here. Then you guys can speculate what goes down in the scene/what you’d like to see happen/caption the pic however you want in the comments section.
So what show amused us today?
SUPERNATURAL!
There is nothing extraordinary about this photo, but it caught my attention (and made me smile), so I’d like to know what you guys think about it.
Take a look…

BONES Recap: ‘The Male in the Mail’

Hey, BONES fans! When I saw the synopsis for this episode, I thought, “If there isn’t a moment in which Brennan holds Booth, I’m going to punch a wall.” Well, “The Male in the Mail” didn’t turn out exactly as I expected, but I’m happy to report I didn’t feel the need to punch anything. I probably would have missed the wall through my Seeley-made Father’s Day card-induced tears anyway, haha. Well done, David Boreanaz, for sure, and the rest of the cast was great also.
Like with all BONES eps this season, I found there were moments I loved and moments I loathed, leaving me somewhere in the middle of those two POVs. There is a lot to discuss in this episode, so we should just get right to it. Starting with…

If you’re planning on watching THE VAMPIRE DIARIES rerun on The CW tonight, the network has come up with a fun way to put a new twist on the episode.
If you visit The CW’s official site when the episode airs, you can play a version of bingo (AKA “CWingo”) geared towards events, quotes and characters from THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. But be careful, because if you click on an option before it appears on-screen, it will be blacked out and you’ll have to restart your board to be properly credited for it. (Look below for a sample board.)

Hey, Wednesday TV made me decidedly less cranky than Tuesday night did! Yay!
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to make a huge dent in what I watched, thanks in part to testing out CW’s new CWingo game (more on that in a bit), but what I saw last night didn’t inspire (much) rage, so let’s talk about what aired…

AMERICAN HORROR STORY Recap: ‘Spooky Little Girl’

Comments Off on AMERICAN HORROR STORY Recap: ‘Spooky Little Girl’
The previews at the end of last week’s episode, “Rubber Man,” made it look like “Spooky Little Girl” was going to take a sharp right turn into Dan Brown-style religious conspiracy. I wasn’t necessarily looking forward to that, so I guess I was happy that it only took up the last two minutes of the episode, but what a strange two minutes they were. Billie Dean gives Constance a long spiel about “the Pope’s box,” which somehow leads to the explanation that Vivien’s half human/half spirit child will be the antichrist. The reveal wasn’t all that shocking, considering the conversation Vivien had with her ultrasound technician in a church a few weeks back (plus the fact that, well, what else could that baby be?). Thankfully, the rest of the episode focused on a differently mythology: namely, the Black Dahlia, aka Elizabeth Short, who (of course) died in the house.
