Your favorite Fox shows are back with new episodes tonight! As I’m waiting for RINGER to return, I’m going to catch up with Jess and friends on NEW GIRL.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 3”
This week kicks off with a Chinese buffet temptation that will give the winner complete control of how contestants will be matched up for a face-off challenge in the gym – and also give them a two-pound advantage to use or give away. Later, trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince coach the contestants through a wild water-transfer challenge that will reward the winning team with the most coveted prize of all – video chats home. And one player makes a shocking decision that stuns everyone before another contestant is sent packing following the weigh-in.

“Yes/No”
When Will tries to plan a special surprise for Emma, he enlists the glee club to help him sweep her off her feet. Meanwhile, Becky sets her sights on Artie, and Finn makes an announcement about his life plans after high school that surprises the glee club.
Last Man Standing | 8pm on ABC
“Odd Couple Out”
When Vanessa finds out that she and Mike weren’t invited to a neighbor’s party, she blames Mike for not trying hard enough to be pleasant in social situations. Mike is willing to try and change his ways, so he agrees to accept a dinner invitation to the neighbor’s. Meanwhile, when the underage Eve accidentally dents Mandy’s car, they have to figure out a way to hide the damage from their parents.

“Should Old Acquaintance Be Forgot?”
Naomi, still reeling from her breakup with Austin, makes a faux pas in front of her boss; Dixon and Adrianna book a gig together; Silver’s new relationship progresses; and a distracted Annie throws a party that doesn’t go as planned.

“The Story of the 50”
When Schmidt’s plans for his 29th birthday fall apart, Jess takes charge and enlists the help of her school’s party hungry vice-principal (guest star Rachael Harris). Meanwhile, Nick begrudgingly has his first date at Schmidt’s party with a beautiful lawyer (guest star Lizzy Caplan) who harbors a secret, and the gang wonders who placed a 50 dollar bill in the douchebag jar.

“A Latte to Learn”
Modeling-agency veteran Paul Fisher tries to bring together hundreds of smaller agencies into a new venture. In the opener, Paul travels to Minneapolis to rescue an agency that is rapidly losing models to a rival.
Raising Hope | 9:30pm on Fox
“Mrs. Smartypants”
After Hope shows promising signs of being a baby genius, Jimmy becomes inspired to go back to school and prepare for the G.E.D. exam. But Jimmy is surprised to find his former high school teacher, Mr. Swift (guest star Fred Willard), instructing the G.E.D. class, and continuing to give Jimmy a hard time in the classroom. Meanwhile, Burt and Virginia worry that Jimmy could become the smartest family member if he passed the test, so they decide to take the G.E.D exam, too. But they soon realize they’ll need all the extra tutoring they can get.

“It Is What It Is”
Zeek receives startling news from his doctor while Crosby moves toward a new relationship. Amber excels at her job, but becomes confused over her boss’ actions; Adam and Kristina worry over the costs to send Haddie to the college of her choice, and Julia grows concerned Zoe is beginning to change her mind about giving up her baby for adoption.
Body of Proof | 10pm on ABC
“Sympathy for the Devil”
When a mother is put on trial in a very public case, she is found innocent in the court of law, but not in the eyes of the public. And when she turns up dead the day after her acquittal, Megan and the team are forced to set aside their personal feelings and get justice for the now victim. Getting to the truth however, is more difficult than they expect, especially when an overzealous reporter (Marcia Gay Harden) does everything possible to sensationalize the case and the victim’s mother (Rita Wilson) finds it all just too much to bear.

The arrival of a Detroit mobster (Neal McDonough) in Lexington puts Raylan on a collision course with a sadistic Dixie Mafia hit man. Raylan also has another altercation with Boyd.

Season 4 opens with John returning to work after recuperating from back surgery and meeting his no-nonsense new partner, Jessica Tang (Lucy Liu). Elsewhere, Lydia also gets a new partner; an armed man is pursued into an elementary school; and Ben tangles with a cynical street cop.
White Collar | 10pm on USA
“Checkmate”
Keller kidnaps Elizabeth and demands the U-boat treasure in exchange for her release. While Peter and Neal work to track it down, Neal is forced to reveal his hidden cache, leaving Peter feeling betrayed.
