THE SIMPSONS 500th Episode Preview: ‘At Long Last Leave’ Photos and Clips

In television, it’s a huge milestone to reach 100 episodes. 200 is becoming increasingly rare. But 500? That’s extraordinary.

Few primetime scripted television shows have reached that mark (so far, the list consists of LASSIE and GUNSMOKE), but this Sunday, Fox’s THE SIMPSONS joins that elite club. And it’s only fitting for an episode so big, drastic action is taken.

After all the chaos the Simpsons family has caused, the town of Springfield finally decides to give them the boot in “At Long Last Leave.” Will it stick? Will the family fight to go back or adapt to their new home?
