NBC Sets Series Premiere Dates for BENT and BEST FRIENDS FOREVER, COMMUNITY’s Return, Bumps PARKS & REC and LAW & ORDER: SVU, and More

I hope you weren’t particularly attached to the current NBC lineup, because things are about to majorly change.

First, the good news: As COMMUNITY creator Dan Harmon first tweeted, the comedy will return from its midseason break on Thursday, March 15th at 8 PM.

Unfortunately, that move bumps 30 ROCK, the show that is currently residing in that spot, to 8:30 PM — meaning PARKS & REC will take a break until April 19th, where it will take UP ALL NIGHT’s 9:30 PM slot. (UAN will have concluded its first season by then.)

Oh, but there’s more…

The new comedy, BENT, will debut Wednesday, March 21st at 9 PM with back-to-back episodes, replacing ROCK CENTER WITH BRIAN WILLIAMS, which will move back an hour to the 10 PM slot. (LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT will return with new episodes on April 11th.)

Starting Wednesday, April 4th (after ARE YOU THERE CHELSEA? and WHITNEY have ended their first seasons), BETTY’S WHITE’S OFF THEIR ROCKERS will air at 8 PM, followed by the new comedy BEST FRIENDS FOREVER at 8:30 PM.
