Undercover Boss | 8pm on CBS
“American Seafoods”
Bernt Bodal, CEO of American Seafoods, one of the largest seafood companies in the U.S., realizes that despite his past experience as a deckhand, he’s not prepared to return to the back-breaking work and dangers involved in a day’s work on a fishing vessel. Also, Bodal reaches his boiling point after being lowered into a piping-hot pit at a processing plant for a different undercover assignment.

Who Do You Think You Are? | 8pm on NBC
“Blair Underwood”
Blair Underwood has always wanted to trace both of his parents’ ancestry, but has encountered roadblocks in the past. With limited information, he uncovers articles that reveal the hardships and unexpected triumphs of his ancestors. Taking a DNA test to dig deeper into his family roots, he unlocks the secret of his family’s origin and embarks on a journey he will never forget.

Kitchen Nightmares | 8pm on Fox
“Café Hon”
Chef Ramsay heads to Baltimore, MD, and immediately has his hands full when he visits Café Hon, a Southern Comfort eatery in need not only of a restaurant renovation but also a public image makeover. The owner of Café Hon has come under fire from the city of Baltimore for trademarking the word “Hon,” a term of endearment for Baltimore culture. Find out if the restaurant revamp and renewed public image will be enough to win back the city of Baltimore and revive its tradition of southern comfort cooking.

Shark Tank | 8pm on ABC
“Episode 302”
The Sharks tear into the business idea of a Phoenix, AZ, man who wants them to invest in a watch he claims provides health benefits; a stay-at-home mom from Gilbert, AZ, could lose her gourmet pretzel business if she leaves the Tank without an investor; a man from Bozeman, MT, with a no-tools-required furniture system hopes he can assemble a deal; and an inventor from Fullerton, CA, has a small but powerful idea that could make him a millionaire. Also, Johnson Barley from Broken Arrow, OK, whose Original Man Candle did not spark a deal with the Sharks in Season Two, talks about his business since his appearance.
