Don’t forget, RAISING HOPE fans: The Fox comedy has moved from its old 9:30pm slot to 8pm, and it would be a shame to miss it.
It would also be sad to skip the new episode of COUGAR TOWN – I’m not giving up on it just yet!

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 11”
This week, the game goes to singles for the nine remaining contestants, so everyone returns to their original team colors. Their first challenge as individuals is a tug-of-war competition on the ice with a Yankee Swap prize system that will give one lucky contestant a shopping spree with singer, actress and fashion designer Jessica Simpson! One trainer helps a contestant tackle her fear of heights, and then the tables are turned when one contestant tries coaching their trainer. Later, a tough elimination sends another player packing.

“Spanks Butt, No Spanks”
When a raccoon decides to take residency under the Chance’s porch, Virginia and Sabrina work together to try and lure the critter out. Meanwhile, Hope’s misbehavior has become such an issue that Virginia and Burt suggest that it might be time for Jimmy to spank her, since it worked so well for them when he was younger. However, when Burt reveals a secret to Jimmy about his childhood, it answers unsolved mysteries and prompts a new outlook on teamwork and parenting.

“Blood Is Thicker Than Mud”
Naomi is convinced that Annie’s new business partner P.J. is the perfect man for her, but discovers her sister Jen is also interested in him. Adrianna and Dixon land a spot in a music festival, where Train performs and a record executive (guest star La Toya Jackson) offers Dixon a recording contract. Adrianna tells Liam her suspicions that Vanessa staged the near drowning incident.

“Teenage Date Night”
Annie steps outside of her comfort zone when she accepts a dinner date with her former Spanish instructor, Alex (guest star Mark Consuelos). Meanwhile, an envious Jack runs a background check on Alex and discovers that he is hiding a secret that Jack and Nikki decide Annie needs to know about.
Cougar Town | 8:30pm on ABC
“A One Story Town”
Jules and the gang decide Bobby needs some help romancing Angie (guest star Sarah Chalke) so they launch “operation kiss-the-girl.” Meanwhile, other former “Scrubs” cast turn up, as Ted and the Peons pass through on their way to audition at Disney World.

After Jess realizes that Schmidt is unfairly doing all of the housework, she pushes him to “go on strike,” and the entire ecosystem of the loft is thrown off balance. Meanwhile, Nick scrambles when he must pay up to Winston after losing a poker game.

“The Experiment”
The Magus crew find themselves in a stark predicament as they’re stalked by a cannibalistic terror while searching through an abandoned research facility, following mysterious clues that suggest Dr. Emmet Cole may still be alive. Meanwhile, security force leader Kurt is forced to make a heavy personal sacrifice when it comes to the safety of the crew.

“What We Have Is Worth The Pain”
Bridget fears that something has happened to Malcolm when she cannot get in touch with him. In an effort to find him, Bridget visits the hotel where Malcolm was staying and discovers on security footage that Andrew was the last person to see Malcolm before he disappeared. Meanwhile, Juliet discovers that someone in her family played a part in the attack on Tessa and Siobhan admits to Henry the reason she faked her death.

“Pilot”
14 designers face celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos as they compete for a chance to launch their collections in three of America’s largest retailers: Macy’s, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue; a prize worth over six million dollars. In their first challenge, the designers will be asked to design and create their signature items. After an exhilarating trip down the runway, the retailers will make on-the-spot decisions as they vie for the right to purchase and exclusively carry the work of the up-and-coming designers each week.

When Veronica doesn’t approve of Contra’s annual contract with a lingerie company to protect an extremely valuable diamond-encrusted bra, the team goes behind her back to pull it off (the mission, not the bra).

When two young girls are in a tragic car accident, one is left in critical condition and the other is found dead at the scene. As Megan and her team investigate the case, however, they realize there has been an awful mistake. Not only was the wrong girl pronounced dead, but the car accident may not have been the actual cause of death.

Raylan pursues a Dixie Mafia soldier who could be the key to nabbing Quarles; Ava protects an imperiled prostitute by any means necessary.

“Risk”
Ben tries to help the daughter of a prostitute, only to draw the wrath of the woman’s pimp. Meanwhile, Lydia and Ruben snoop into the murder of a gang member; and Tang faces the mounting consequences of shooting an innocent bystander.
