BONES: Emily Deschanel Previews a ‘Softer’ Brennan

Bam! Mama BONES!

Yep, shortly after BONES returns from its (seemingly never-ending) hiatus, Brennan finally gives birth to her daughter — and that means changes are coming for our favorite forensic anthropologist. For instance? She may not be so eager to go back to work. Eek.

But don’t worry, things aren’t changing too much — later in the season when Brennan’s Kathy Reichs books are adapted into a movie, Dr. B has some very character-appropriate reactions to the Hollywood shenanigans she witnesses.

BONES’ David Boreanaz Teases ‘Booth is a Bit of a Mess’

Poor Booth.

With Brennan about to give birth to their daughter when BONES returns, this should be the happiest time of his life. Instead, there are a few lingering problems he’s dealing with — a super-smart serial killer on the loose, the question of whether he and Brennan will get married (and if they do, which one will be the first one to propose) — and a few more issues are on the horizon for him.

David Boreanaz (Booth) talked with a few reporters Thursday night before BONES was honored at PaleyFest and he teased a few of the things fans can expect when the show returns.

Four brothers from St. Petersburg, FL, hope to welcome the Sharks to their family with their organic skincare product. A man from Calabasas, CA, hopes the Sharks will welcome experience over youth and buy into his Rent-A-Grandma business. Also, a follow up story from Season One’s Pork Barrel BBQ and their owners, Heath Hall and Brett Thompson from Alexandria, VA, after making a deal with Barbara.
