After two months of watching IDOL hopefuls give it their all for the judges and the cameras, tonight the votes of the viewers (and a few saves from the judges) let us know which singers will be making it on to the stage as part of AMERICAN IDOLS Season 11 Top 13. Oh and Jimmy Iovine’s truthiness makes us all question why he’s not on the judges panel.
Check out who made it and who was left behind.
AWAKE: Jason Isaacs, Kyle Killen and Howard Gordon Preview the New NBC Series

Comments Off on AWAKE: Jason Isaacs, Kyle Killen and Howard Gordon Preview the New NBC Series
It is no secret that I’m obsessed with NBC’s new series, AWAKE. In fact, if I was pressed to pick one single pilot to recommend for this entire television season, it would be this one. It’s that good.
Why did this hour stand out? Not only is it gorgeously shot and written (and a refreshingly original idea), but the actors are fantastic, and the pilot manages to find hope in a seemingly hopeless situation — the cold, hard facts is that one of these realities isn’t real, and Michael Britten has either lost his wife or son — and not be an utterly depressing/tragic hour of television.
If you’ve seen the pilot pre-premiere, you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t, I truly hope you discover it tonight at 10 PM.
But enough from me. NBC invited a few reporters to set late last year, and while we were there, creator Kyle Killen, executive producer Howard Gordon and series star Jason Isaacs (Britten) talked a bit about the show, whether there will be a twist on the twist and more…

Adam Harrington might be MIA more often than THE SECRET CIRCLE fans would like, but at least he’s up to something fun in the meantime — a guest spot on an upcoming episode of CASTLE!
ABC has confirmed to Give Me My Remote that Harrington will play Brad Melville, the host of the fictional dance show, A NIGHT OF DANCE in the next episode, “A Dance With Death.” Castle and Beckett get involved with the show when a contestant is murdered. (See, reality TV can be deadly!)
“A Dance With Death” is scheduled to air Monday, March 19.
Are you excited to see Harrington on CASTLE?
