SMASH: Megan Hilty Teases the Rocky Road Ahead for Ivy and Derek

On SMASH, poor Ivy has her entire world falling apart around her. After losing her dream role of Marilyn Monroe, you’d think things couldn’t get much worse, but alas, it’s television and they will.

Megan Hilty (Ivy) spoke with reporters last week at an NBC press event and she shared things between Derek and Ivy aren’t going to be too hot as the season comes to a close.

“Like everything else in her life, [that relationship] is not in a good place,” Hilty laughed. “And with these threats, these new threats like the movie star, she threatens more than just her job — she threatens everything in her personal life, too. So there’s a lot that Ivy is going to have to deal with in the coming episodes.”

More? Poor girl.
