If you’re not too invested in the NBA playoffs (which air tonight on ABC), there are quite a few options you have for your viewing pleasure.

American Ninja Warrior | 8pm on NBC
“Finals Region 4”
The top 30 finishers from the Northwest region preliminary round (which airs on G4) take on an even more challenging course that includes nine obstacles to compete for the chance to move into the national finals, which will take place in Las Vegas, NV. Comedian Matt Iseman and Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley host the heart-racing competition series and Angela Sun (“Yahoo! Sports Minute”) reports from the sidelines. Competitors must tackle obstacles that include a Spinning Log, a challenging Jump Hang, a 14 foot Warped Wall and a three-story Cargo Climb in their quest for the $500,000 cash prize and a chance to win the coveted title “American Ninja Warrior.”

“Don’t Rain on My Parade”
It’s Gay Pride weekend in South Beach and The Catalina has never been more fabulous. Eyal and the staff build a float to compete in a local parade, while hotel manager Stephanie becomes romantically involved with a guest.
Hell’s Kitchen | 8pm on Fox
“15 Chefs Compete”
Skills are put to the test as the teams not only have to cook four different lamb dishes, but also have to tackle one of Chef Ramsay’s most outrageous challenges in order to earn the ingredients they need. Tune in to find out whose culinary creations make it on the menu for this explosive dinner service and who totally misses the mark.

Masterchef | 9pm on Fox
“Top 18 Compete”
The Top 18 contestants compete in their first mystery box challenge of the season and must create a unique and delicious dish using duck and bananas. Later, the remaining amateur cooks are forced out of their comfort zone when the judges challenge them to cook an outstanding dish using unusual and intimidating ingredients. Find out which contestants make the cut after the first emotional elimination round.

“Dirty Little Secret”
Friction escalates between Jane and Maura, affecting those around them. The two must put their feud aside when they probe the death of a college student. Elsewhere, Frankie Sr. returns with breaking news.

“The Celebrity”
Jane gets a taste of the lime-light when a major movie star considers working with Donovan Decker.

“Dance-ability”
Dance skills are put to the test and the contestants perform the LMFAO song “Party Rock Anthem.” As for interpersonal dramas, jealousy grows due to a passionate kiss.
Franklin & Bash | 10pm on TNT
“Viper”
Jared and Peter’s first manslaughter case centers on an aspiring crime fighter charged with pursuing a man who later died. Meanwhile, Peter’s mother pays a visit and delivers big news; and Pindar battles his phobias.
