Dallas | 9pm on TNT | Two-Hour Series Premiere
“Pilot (Changing of the Guard)”/”Hedging Your Bets”
A continuation of the soapy 1978-91 drama series crosses generations of the oil-rich Ewing family as battles for power, love and oil erupt at Southfork ranch. In the premiere, family members gather for a wedding, but simmering rivalries surface due to secret oil drilling. Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray reprise their roles from the original show.

In hour two, affairs and blackmail complicate a power grab of Southfork ranch. Meanwhile, Christopher and Elena delve into a business deal while suppressing their true feelings; and Christopher’s blushing new bride may be keeping her own secrets.

Royal Pains | 9pm on USA
“Imperfect Storm”
Jill’s nephew acts out at summer camp, and Hank suspects there’s more to his behavior than meets the eye. Elsewhere, Evan sees a potential client in a lonely young heiress; and Divya feels torn over a family rift.

Duets | 9:31pm on ABC
“Party Songs”
The music industry’s biggest Superstars, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Jennifer Nettles and Robin Thicke, take the stage and perform party songs with their hand-picked Duet Partners. Tonight one amateur is eliminated, leaving six remaining in the competition.

Necessary Roughness | 10pm on USA
“To Swerve and Protect”
Dani helps a roller-derby star get to the bottom of her collapse. Elsewhere, Ray Jay navigates relationship woes; and T.K. must prove he can run or risk losing his bonus.

The Soup | 10pm on E!
A weekly recap of various pop culture and television show moments of the week. The show is hosted by Joel McHale (COMMUNITY), who provides sarcastic and biting commentary on the hottest celeb news events and goofiest reality clips.
