It’s no secret I absolutely adore BEN AND KATE, but I’m not alone in that love: with the pilot available online for weeks before its official Fox debut last week, series stars Echo Kellum (Tommy) and Lucy Punch (BJ) told me recently they heard a lot of positive feedback from friends.
