Comments Off on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES: Kat Graham Teases Season 4 Will ‘Blow Your Mind’

Back in May, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES star Kat Graham (Bonnie) teased that people had no idea how huge the season finale of her show was going to be, and man, was she correct.

And now, it’s months later, we’ve survived the hiatus, and when I spoke with Graham recently, she indicated that things are as crazy as ever.

Take a look at her teases about the fallout from Bonnie’s deal with Klaus, how she’s dealing with Elena’s transition, why “everything stops” when she’s reading her scripts, and so much more…

Stefan promises Elena that he and Bonnie will exhaust every possible way out of the situation, but Damon is furious with his brother for letting Elena die in the first place. Bonnie pays a terrible price for her attempt to change Elena’s fate, while Damon takes out his frustration and rage on Matt. In a rare moment of empathy, Rebekah is deeply touched by Stefan and Elena’s devotion to one another. Finally, Pastor Young and the Town Council members begin rounding up the vampires and their supporters, leading to an unexpected tragedy. [Have you seen Kat Graham’s epic teases about the season premiere?]

Comments Off on Report: Matt Bomer to Guest Star on THE NEW NORMAL

It seems like we’re set to learn more about the dating life THE NEW NORMAL’s Bryan had before he settled down with David: THE NEW NORMAL co-creator Ryan Murphy tweeted that WHITE COLLAR’s Matt Bomer will be guest starring in an upcoming episode as Bryan’s ex-boyfriend.

No further details are known at this time, but this isn’t the first time Bomer has collaborated with Murphy — Bomer appeared in season 3 of GLEE as Blaine’s brother and will appear in the upcoming movie, THE NORMAL HEART, which Murphy directed.

Are you excited to see Bomer on THE NEW NORMAL?

GREY’S ANATOMY Stages SCREAM 3 Reunion: Neve Campbell to Guest Star

October 10, 2012 by
Filed under #1 featured, Grey's Anatomy, TV News

With Derek going through some problems on GREY’S ANATOMY, now is perfect time to introduce another one of his sisters: ABC has confirmed that Neve Campbell will appear on the medical drama.

According to TVLine (who was first to report the casting), Campbell will be sticking around for a few episodes, but there’s no word on which of the two as-yet-introduced Shepherd sisters she’ll be playing.

On a geeky note, this marks a SCREAM reunion for Campbell (who played Sidney in all four SCREAM movies) and her new on-screen TV brother (Patrick Dempsey — who plays Derek on GA — played Detective Kincaid in SCREAM 3). Odds are good it won’t be acknowledged, but I’m excited about it.

We’re just one week away from SUBURGATORY’s season premiere, but if you’ll allow me a quick detour to the second episode of the year, I’m currently geeking out hardcore over the photos from the Halloween installment. (Set to air October 24th.)

And guys? These photos of what our favorite Chatswinians are dressed up as for the holiday are just delicious. I want to watch the episode right now, but I suppose I’ll have to make do with laughing over these costumes…

Comments Off on SUPERNATURAL: Jared Padalecki Teases ‘Hijinks’ in ‘What’s Up, Tiger Mommy?’

As if Dean and Sam didn’t have their hands full with trying to keep Kevin safe on SUPERNATURAL, in tonight’s brand new episode, they also add Kevin’s mother (played by Lauren Tom) into the mix.

When SUPERNATURAL star Jared Padalecki (Sam) talked with reporters on set recently, he indicated that addition of Kevin’s mother will be a little tough for the Winchester brothers.

“We’ve had Bobby and we’ve had Cas and we’ve had some of the roadhouse hunters…but there’s a ‘tiger mommy’ forced upon us, so we find ourselves in the situation where we’re like, ‘We don’t want to buckle our seat belts, we don’t want to just chill out. Let us do what we do, we know what we’re doing,'” Padalecki teased in the video below. “But it’s some nice hijinks.”

Take a look at what else he had to tease about the hour!

Comments Off on ARROW: Stephen Amell Talks About if Things Have Changed For Him and the Different Aspects of Oliver

Tonight, one of my favorite pilots of the entire season bows — The CW’s ARROW.

But please don’t let your preconceived notions about what the show might be dissuade you from tuning in. Yes, the show is based on the comic book character Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, but no, you don’t have to be well-versed in the comics (or any of the other adaptations) to be able to jump right in. The show isn’t just for self-described nerds (something I would admittedly call myself): there are complicated family dynamics, romances, and yes, some action in the pilot.

So, with that being said, I spoke with ARROW star Stephen Amell (Oliver) about whether he feels like things have changed for him yet, plus playing the different aspects of Oliver’s life…

Three series premieres tonight (ARROW, CHICAGO FIRE, and NASHVILLE), and two of them made the list of drama shows I’m most excited for…so do me a solid and at least check them out?

Take a look at all your options…

The X Factor | 8pm on Fox
“Boot Camp #3/Judge’s House #1”
The remaining contestants learn their fate – as the 24 acts that make it through “Boot Camp” are revealed and earn a place in one of four mentored categories, moving on to the “Judges’ Homes” round. Then, THE X FACTOR producers reveal to the judges – Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, L.A. Reid and Britney Spears – the category that each of them will mentor and they will each begin working with their six acts.

Arrow | 8pm on The CW | Series Premiere
“Pilot”
After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. Back in Starling City, Oliver slowly reconnects with those closest to him, his devoted mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland), and best friend Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell), but struggles with his ex-girlfriend Dinah “Laurel” Lance (Katie Cassidy), who blames him for her sister’s death. Oliver has brought back many new skills from his time on the island and despite the watchful eye of his new bodyguard John Diggle (David Ramsey), Oliver manages to secretly create the persona of Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family and fight the ills of society. As Arrow, Oliver will atone for the past sins of his family while he searches for the personal redemption he needs.

The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“Bunny Therapy”
When Brick develops yet another quirky tic that begins to overshadow his whispering, Frankie and Mike are urged by the school therapist, Dr. Fulton (Dave Foley), to get him a small pet so that he can learn to bond with it, which in turn will help him bond with people. But when they present Brick with an ill-tempered bunny, the tiny animal teaches the Heck family the true meaning of evil. Meanwhile, as the Homecoming dance approaches, Axl finds himself dating cheerleaders Courtney and Debbie – but he doesn’t know which one of them is actually his girlfriend — and Sue tries out for school mascot.

Animal Practice | 8pm on NBC

Guys With Kids | 8:30pm on NBC
“The Stand-Off”
Gary’s (Anthony Anderson) inability to effectively communicate with his son leads to unconventional disciplinary measures. Elsewhere, when Chris (Jesse Bradford) faces difficulty getting his son sleep trained, Marny (Tempestt Bledsoe) imposes her services. Meanwhile, a school project brings out some unhealthy competition in Nick (Zach Cregger).

The Neighbors | 8:30pm on ABC
“Things Just Got Real”
Marty and Debbie decide to make plans with their human friends after Larry and Jackie have become too entangled in their daily lives. The Weavers do their best to un-invite the Bird-Kersees, explaining they’re afraid their friends won’t be accepting of the aliens. But that doesn’t stop Larry and Jackie from crashing Marty’s’ poker night and Debbie’s girls’ night on the town — with hilarious results.

Are you a fan of delicious flavor? Because PSYCH fans, we finally have a premiere date for the upcoming seventh season.

The cast took to the show’s official Facebook page to release a (hilarious) video announcing the show will return February 27, 2013. Nothing like a more than 10 month break between seasons, huh?

And hey, it’s not like we won’t have a lot of fun things to anticipate over the next four months — the upcoming season will include the show’s 100th episode (a homage to CLUE) and the long-teased musical installment!

When DON’T TRUST THE B—- IN APARTMENT 23 returns later this month, fans will get to see the closest thing we’ve had to a DAWSON’S CREEK reunion, courtesy of guest star Busy Philipps joining her former CREEK star (and current DTTBIA23 series regular) James Van Der Beek on the ABC comedy.

“Because for some reason the whole DAWSON’S reunion [story] is in the air, we’re definitely going to address it in our show, in our season premiere,” DON’T TRUST THE B—- IN APARTMENT 23 creator Nahnatchka Khan told me back in July. “Where James is like, ‘Why is everybody always asking about it?’”

And thanks to the brand new photos from the season premiere, “A Reunion,” we have some photos from the on-screen reunion!

Sabrina and Jimmy have had a roller-coaster relationship over RAISING HOPE’s first two-plus seasons (unrequited love, dating other people, baby mamas coming back from the dead, etc.), but they’re riding high right now — the duo got engaged in last week’s season premiere!

“I thought it was time,” Lucas Neff (Jimmy) told me in the video below, of his reaction to first finding out the news.

His costar, Shannon Woodward (Sabrina), agreed. “It’s really exciting,” she told me during our chat. “I think this season is going to explore the arc of planning the wedding, and the marriage and what’s going to happen, and do they want to plan a family? All of the things that come into play there.”

Take a look at what else Neff and Woodward had to say about the big step their characters took!

It’s a pretty busy night, but I have to be honest — I’m geeking out the most over DR. HORRIBLE’s SING-ALONG BLOG’s television debut!

Take a look at all of your options!

The Voice | 8pm on NBC

The “battle rounds” continue and the coaches enlist the help of the music industry’s top recording artists to offer their knowledge and skill as advisers. Christina Aguilera teams up with Billie Joe Armstrong, Adam Levine with Mary J. Blige, CeeLo Green with Rob Thomas, and Blake Shelton with Michael Buble. In this phase the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other in a dueling duet. After the vocal face-off, each coach must choose which artist from their team is the strongest and in a new twist, also has the option of stealing losing artists from an opposing coach. Each coach has two steals during the battle rounds where their artists will proceed to the new knockout rounds.

Also performing Tuesday night is musician Frankie Moreno with a medley of “Tangerine Honey” and “Real Wild Child,” accompanied by Troupe members Lacey Schwimmer and Kyle Massey. Also during Tuesday night’s results show, we will have the season’s first “AT& T Spotlight Performance,” featuring Joshua Johnson.

Zoe (Rachel Bilson) is trying hard to stay away from Wade (Wilson Bethel), but when Rose (guest star McKaley Miller) enlists her help in throwing the first BlueBellapalooza, she is forced to ask Wade to convince his old band mate to be the musical act on short notice. Wade convinces George (Scott Porter) to start playing the field and agrees to be his wingman, but when Wade stands him up, he decides to follow the seemingly questionable advice solo. Meanwhile, Brick (Tim Matheson) tries to trick Lemon (Jaime King) into working for him, but she is determined to keep her waitressing job, that is until one of her customers ends up needing medical attention.

Raising Hope | 8pm on Fox
