RAISING HOPE is getting quite the guest star infusion in their third season premiere, “Not Indecent, But Not Quite Decent Enough Proposal,” as Sabrina’s mother, Tamara (played by Melanie Griffith), and her grandmother, Nana (played by Tippi Hedren), make their debuts.
Unfortunately, their introduction to the series is due to Nana’s death, but you just know putting our RAISING HOPE characters at a funeral will bring all sorts of shenanigans.
Take a look at some photos from the third season premiere now!

For as disjointed SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE has felt this season, it feels like just yesterday when Melanie Moore was crowned the winner of season 8. But now, there are a couple of new names to add to the list of SYTYCD champs.
After the finale, I talked with Moore and all-stars Marko Germar and Kathryn McCormick to see what they thought of the results, the potential for returning next year to be an all-star, and more…

GLEE star Chris Colfer (Kurt) hasn’t slowed down one bit — during his most recent hiatus from the Fox series, Colfer released a book (“The Land of Stories”) and participated in a country-wide book tour to support it.
“It’s been crazy,” Colfer told me of going on the book tour. “It’s been more than I ever expected. It’s insane. It’s incredible.”
And while the GLEE fans are notoriously passionate about him (and his character), he said he was pleasantly surprised by how many people who showed up simply because they loved the book.

However, in the meantime, you can get a sneak peek of Sherlock and Watson’s first meeting…
G.W. Bailey Talks About His Involvement with The Sunshine Kids and MAJOR CRIMES

While many actors spend time doing charity work or donating to worthy causes, MAJOR CRIMES star G.W. Bailey (Provenza) has taken his commitment to The Sunshine Kids (a non-profit organization that helps children with cancer) incredibly seriously.
“I got involved [with the Sunshine Kids] about 27 years ago,” he told me. “The organization is 30 years old this year. When my goddaughter in Las Vegas was diagnosed at 12-years-old and through a set of circumstances, she was invited to an event [the organization held] in Colorado. We’re still [a] small [non-profit] compared to the monster big ones, but at that time, we were really small. The organization did only one national trip a year and she was invited. She had spent a year in isolation at home and so this was her first trip out that they had allowed her to go — she had to wear a mask the whole time and all of that. It really, really, really, had a major impact on her life, and how she dealt with her disease, and consequently had a major impact on all of us…It certainly changed my life and I’ve been doing it since.” (You can also see Bailey talk a bit more about the origin of his involvement with the charity here.)
These days, Bailey — who is now the Executive Director of the non-profit organization — shared that The Sunshine Kids gets 400-500 new kids on a national level (and countless more in the regional chapters), which has led to the organization putting on eight to ten major events a year. And while Bailey has been busy filming THE CLOSER and MAJOR CRIMES over the past few years, told me he tries to go on every trip he can.
“It’s a very intense and passionate time,” he explained. “You fall in love [with the kids] real fast; you get to know each other real fast because we all know it’s a very limited time, so the barriers come down real quick.”

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES: Kat Graham Teases the Season 4 Premiere is ‘Like Being Thrown into a Pit of Alligators’
September 19, 2012 by Marisa Roffman

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES is no stranger to action-packed episodes (heck, even the teasers can drive us to distraction), but when I sat down with TVD star Kat Graham (Bonnie) earlier today she teased things are going to get even more insane for our favorite Mystic Falls inhabitants. In fact, she described the season premiere as “like being thrown into a pit of alligators.”
In case that didn’t hype you up enough, Graham went on to say that for Bonnie, the season 4 premiere, “Growing Pains,” is one of the top three most intense episodes of the series. Eek. Now I may be getting a little worried about how crazy things will get.
But you don’t want to hear my speculation — take a look at what Graham had to tease about THE VAMPIRE DIARIES season 4…
