Wayne Brady Says TRUST US WITH YOUR LIFE ‘Wasn’t Canceled’

Fresh off reports that ABC has decided not to air the final episodes of the improv series TRUST US WITH YOUR LIFE, series star Wayne Brady wants one thing cleared up: the show hasn’t actually been canceled.
“It hasn’t been yanked,” Brady told me. “It wasn’t canceled. It was removed because they put it up against everything that could have possibly been huge to not help the show [in the ratings]. So it will be back out — and they will relaunch the whole thing — when there’s a hole [in the schedule]. So that’s much different than being canceled. So I actually say, good. TV and networks are so fond of often saying, ‘Ooh, sorry, done.’ ABC has not done that, so we’re very happy.”

Good news for GLEE fans — co-creator Ryan Murphy has posted another deleted GLEE clip on his new Twitter page.
Unlike yesterday’s Klaine-tastic scene, this one is all about the girls. In it, Rachel shows off her wedding dress, while her bridesmaids bemoan their dresses, and one vocal lady has a few words of objection about Rachel’s upcoming wedding.

Comments Off on HANNIBAL Stages a WONDERFALLS Reunion: Caroline Dhavernas Joins Bryan Fuller’s New Series
Sometimes, truly awesome television reunions go down. And this? This certainly is one of them: NBC confirms that Caroline Dhavernas has joined the cast of HANNIBAL as Dr. Alana Bloom.
What makes this really fantastic for TV geeks is that HANNIBAL is from Bryan Fuller, who also happens to be the man behind the short-lived (but much beloved) Fox series, WONDERFALLS, which just happened to star Dhavernas. (Fuller also broke the casting news by tweeting out a photo of Dhavernas as Jaye, her WONDERFALLS character.)
The Klaine Box Scene! Watch GLEE’s Most Coveted Deleted Scene Now

Never underestimate the power of Klaine fans. After months of waiting, today Ryan Murphy unleashed ‘the box scene’ on the world!
Confused? Understandable.
So here’s a little background for you. The pre-episode promotional stills released for this season’s holiday episode of GLEE featured the show’s most beloved twosome, Kurt & Blaine, exchanging what seemed to be gifts in the halls of McKinley High. Fans waited patiently to find out just what was in the box Blaine gave to Kurt. Wild speculation ensued. But the episode came and went and the scene didn’t make the final cut. Cue irate GLEE fans.
Cut to a few months later when a script for the GLEE holiday episode was made available through a charity auction. Klaine fans mobilized and over $10,000 was eventually raised to procure the script. (It wasn’t just about the script, as GLEE fans continued to donate money to the organization even after the auction was won.)

When UP ALL NIGHT returns for its second season in September, things will be a bit different for the series: Ava’s talk show will no longer be a part of the season.
“I think we wanted to expand Ava’s roster of experiences,” UP ALL NIGHT creator Emily Spivey explained to reporters on set Tuesday. “And we just felt sort of her world being rocked and the rug being pulled out from under her just enabled us to open up her world. She can be more aspirational. She’s going to have more struggles, whether it be finding what her new creative outlet is [or] finding a man…We just wanted to make the whole thing a little more aspirational, and it better integrates her with Reagan and Chris’s stories and just enables her to move about a little more freely in the world.”

According to TVLine — who was first to report the news — Tobin will play Kitty and Benoist will play Marley. They join the previously-cast Dean Geyer and Jacob Artist as fresh faces on the Fox series.
Tobin and Benoist will first appear in GLEE’s fourth season premiere.

Now, not only has that deal been finalized, but Griffith’s real-life mother, Tippi Hedren, has signed on to play Sabrina’s grandmother, Nana. (Please, oh please, let there be some sort of scene with Hedren and Cloris Leachman’s Maw Maw.)

Well, this is certainly…interesting.
E!Online is reporting that Melanie Griffith is in final talks to join RAISING HOPE as Sabrina’s mother. (A Fox spokesperson declined to comment.)
So far, we don’t really know much about Sabrina’s family. We know her parents are wealthy — and that Shelly is her cousin — but now would be just as good a time as any for the Chances to meet the people who raised Sabrina, right?
RAISING HOPE returns Tuesday, October 2nd at 8 PM on Fox.

And instead of a traditional season run, Nevins said the series will conclude with “four one-hour installments.”
