After Oliver (Stephen Amell) is shot, he turns to a surprising person for help – Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Diggle (David Ramsey) is stunned when he sees Felicity walk through the front door of the lair dragging a dying Oliver behind her, and the two team up to save Oliver’s life. As Oliver (Stephen Amell) hovers between life and death, he flashes back to a seminal event on the island – a daring escape attempt with his new friend Slade Wilson (guest star Manu Bennett).

“Valentine’s Day IV”
As Valentine’s Day approaches, Axl takes Boss Co., with partners Sean and Darrin, to the next level by offering their services to help guys break up with their girlfriends. Meanwhile, Brick becomes upset with Frankie when he discovers that she has thrown out all of the school artwork he has made over the years, Sue is thrilled when ex-boyfriend Matt invites her to the school’s Valentine’s Day dance, and Mike accidentally sends a romantic text meant for Frankie to a co-worker at the quarry.

“Snapped”
When Alex’s (Chris D’Elia) abrasive brother comes to visit, Whitney (Whitney Cummings) is unable to stop herself from blurting out her true feelings about him. Meanwhile, Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones) plans a secret date to the grocery store for Roxanne (Rhea Seehorn) and Mark (Dan O’Brien) in hopes of bringing them closer together. Just when it seems to be a bust, Roxanne surprises everyone.

“Gary’s Idea”
Looking to re-enter the working world, Gary (Anthony Anderson) comes up with a new business idea much to Marny’s (Tempestt Bledsoe) dismay. With Chris’ (Jesse Bradford) personal life in a slump, he decides to reinvent himself and take on an interesting new hobby. Elsewhere, Nick (Zach Cregger) and Emily (Jamie-Lynn Sigler) have a date night, but arrive home to find Chris in a very compromising situation.

“Mother Clubbers”
After Debbie fears she’s lost her looks and Jackie discovers that on Earth she’s considered a “10” (back home Larry Bird was the pretty one), they end up in Hell (literally), a hip new club, hoping to feel a little more like desirable women and a little less like moms, in this episode that airs as part of ABC’s Wednesday comedy Valentine’s Day salute. Meanwhile, Marty and a deflated Larry Bird look to Amber to help them makeover their drab appearances.

“Heart Broken”
A fun Valentine’s Day romp between Phil and Claire’s alter egos, Clive Bixby and Juliana, takes an unexpected turn that lands Claire in the hospital and with a diagnosis that she doesn’t take lying down. Meanwhile, Gloria and Jay’s attempts to be romantic keep getting interrupted by the kids, which drives Gloria crazy, and Cam and Mitch host a wild Valentine’s Day Lonely Hearts Party that leaves them hung over the next morning, trying to piece together what happened and, more importantly, why Dylan is now living with them.

Supernatural | 9pm on The CW
“Trial and Error”
Kevin (guest star Osric Chau) deciphers the tablet and figures out how to close the gates of Hell. He tells Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) that according to the tablet one person must face a series of three tests designed by God. The first one – kill a hellhound. Sam and Dean argue over who should complete the trials.

“Secrets Exhumed”
When FBI Agent Dana Lewis (guest star Harden) suspects that a 25 year-old rape-murder case in New York is connected to several unsolved cases across the country, she joins the SVU in investigating the crimes. As Lewis relentlessly pursues her prime suspect (guest star Harold Perrineau), Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Amaro (Danny Pino) have their doubts about his guilt.

“Blowtox and Burlap”
When Tessa convinces Ryan to attend an art house movie with her on Valentine’s Day, their reactions to the movie surprise her. Sheila’s mother, Gam Gam (Mary Kay Place), pays the Shays a visit, causing friction between Fred and Sheila. Her visit also spurs Sheila to try to get Malik back together with Lisa. Meanwhile, Dallas has a bad reaction to a cosmetic procedure, and George has to enjoy an 18-course meal from renowned Chef Julio (Michael Voltaggio) solo.

Philip and Elizabeth discover that their murdered colleague Robert had a wife they never knew about. As they try to determine what she knows and where her allegiance lies, Stan’s investigation into Robert’s death puts him hot on their trail.

“Nazdarovya”
Dawson (Monica Raymund) attempts to help her brother Antonio (guest star Jon Seda) unravel the details of his drugs-and-gang investigation, and goes behind his back in turning to an unlikely source for assistance. Casey (Jesse Spencer) and his mother, Nancy (Kathleen Quinlan) struggle with their new relationship. Meanwhile, as a favor to Lieutenant Whaley (guest star Shane McRae), Severide (Taylor Kinney) visits someone important from his past, while Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Otis (Yuri Sardarov) learn some hard truths about their “silent partner” in the bar.

“Exile”
The CSIs investigate the demise of a famous Cuban singer’s sister who’s in town as part of a U.S. tour. Meanwhile, Hodges begins to get cold feet at the prospect of marrying his Italian bombshell girlfriend.

Nashville | 10pm on ABC
“There’ll Be No Teardrops Tonight”
Rayna finds comfort in the arms of an old friend after revealing to Daphne and Maddie her plans to divorce. Juliette is invigorated by the response to her new sound and takes steps to reinvent herself — against the guidance of her management. Things are looking up for Scarlett and Gunnar when Rayna makes an offer to sign them to her label. While their hard work begins to show signs of success, Avery struggles to find his old sound and is forced to consider an attractive offer.
