I was on set for a bit of the filming of tonight’s episode, and the cast gave some good teases about what you can expect…

Comments Off on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES: Charles Michael Davis Lands Role on THE ORIGINAL Backdoor Pilot
THE ORIGINALS — the backdoor THE VAMPIRE DIARIES spinoff pilot that will be airing in April — has added to its cast: a rep for Warner Bros. confirms that Charles Michael Davis has landed the part of Marcel, Klaus’ former protégé.
According to Deadline (who was first to report the casting), Marcel is “wicked, wild and charismatic…a former kicked -around street rat who now calls the shots in the supernatural playground of New Orleans. As a modern-day vampire, he’s fierce and bold, able to accomplish as much with his charm as he is with his strength.”
Sounds like trouble!

Comments Off on GO ON Stages a FRIENDS Reunion: Courteney Cox to Guest Star
The FRIENDS cast hasn’t been shy about hosting their own mini-reunions on the shows they’ve starred on since the NBC comedy went off the air in 2004, but this particular reunion has me incredibly excited: an NBC rep confirms that Courteney Cox will guest star on an upcoming episode of her former TV hubby Matthew Perry’s new series, GO ON. (And if you’re not watching GO ON, why not? It’s a lovely show you should be checking out.)
According to The Hollywood Reporter (who was first to break the casting), the duo will once again be potentially romantically matched when one of Ryan’s (Perry) group mates tries to set him up with Cox’s character. The episode is set to air in April.
Um, so I’m excited about this…how about you?

CASTLE’s titular character finally meets his father in the February 25th episode, “Hunt,” when James Brolin guest stars.
Since their face-to-face will occur in the second part of the show’s annual two-part event, odds are the meeting won’t be exactly calm and relaxing…a fact further solidified by the photos that have been released from the hour.
