The SUBURGATORY season finale is just around the corner, and we have a double dose of teases for you: photos from the special one-hour episode, plus teases from series star Jeremy Sisto (George)!
Take a look…
SUBURGATORY: 'Stray Dogs'
SUBURGATORY - "Apocalypse Meow" - The bitingly iconic single-camera comedy, "Suburgatory," concludes the season with a one-hour finale event, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. In the first part of the hour, "Apocalypse Meow," Dallas offers to help George tell Tessa that he's sold their house and that they're combining residences, but it doesn't go as planned. The rift between Dalia and Tessa widens as Dalia goes out of her way to make Tessa miserable and Tessa seeks break-up revenge. Meanwhile, Noah obsesses over Carmen even though she's dating his therapist. (ABC/Adam Taylor)JANE LEVY, JEREMY SISTO
And here’s a bit of what Sisto had to tease about the developments in the episode, plus getting directed by series creator Emily Kapnek…
“The last episode is actually an hour long one and it covers a lot of ground,” Sisto said. “[Tessa and Dalia]’s rivalry comes to head, a bloody, black and blue, hair-pulling head. And Dallas and George’s relationship gets taken to the next level. Almost. By the end George is left without anyone to share his new home with until he finds a homeless friend.”
“Being directed by Emily was amazing,” he continued. “In a way we are always looking for her direction. Even when she is not there we are trying to hit a tone that she understands better than anyone. Also, she is a really impressive talent and it’s always a pleasure to work with a director who has a clear and interesting vision. She found moments in the scenes that I didn’t realize were there until we were filming. And that’s rare in a half-hour comedy.”
SUBURGATORY’s season finale airs Wednesday, April 17th at 8 PM.
