About Last Night…THE VOICE, SUPERNATURAL, and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
December 4, 2013 by Marisa Roffman
The good/bad thing about December? There’s so little television to actually watch. Let’s get to a few of the shows that did air…
BROOKLYN NINE-NINE: Christmas time…so of course there was a death threat on Holt. I loved that Terry ended up being a key factor in what saved the day. How will him getting his mojo back change things going forward, I wonder?
THE VOICE: Such a shame Mathew is gone. His blind audition gave me chills and he had one of the most memorable performances of the competition in the live rounds with “Hallelujah.” Interestingly enough, even though he hasn’t been as consistent since then, given that “Hallelujah is still consistently in the top 100 on iTunes and every download counts towards the finale outcome, it’s possible that if he had stayed in the competition, he could have won the whole thing off of that song. Going to be interesting to see how the competition shakes up from here.
SUPERNATURAL: Kevinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. So sad over losing him. He was always a fun presence on the show — not to mention his knowledge will be missed — and it seems brutal to think of the brothers going through another loss. What is Sam going to do when he realizes his body was a vessel to the angel that killed him? Will he blame Dean? Will Dean blame himself for trusting the wrong angel? Ugh, it’s going to be traumatic.
