ARROW: John Barrowman Promoted to Series Regular

In last night’s ARROW season finale, Thea opted to go with her biological father, Malcolm Merlyn to parts unknow. But the good news? They won’t be off-screen: a rep for the show confirms that not only is Merlyn’s portrayer, John Barrowman, coming back, but he’s been bumped up to a series regular spot on the show.
