Comments Off on RIZZOLI & ISLES: Sasha Alexander Teases Season 5
RIZZOLI & ISLES‘ fifth season has only started, and already there are massive shifts in store for the characters: on the lighter side, Jane is newly pregnant and struggling to keep her secret. (As far as Jane knows, only Maura knows the truth, but Maura knows Angela has figured it out as well.) And, sadly, the team also recently learned that Detective Frost was in a fatal car accident. (Which was the show’s way of dealing with last year’s tragic real-life events.)
“This season is definitely tonally – it’s the same, but it’s shifting,” RIZZOLI & ISLES star Sasha Alexander ( acknowledged on the show’s set earlier this month.
Among the shifts? Maura’s getting a new man in her life! Alexander teased a bit of what’s in store with that relationship, the cases Maura will be helping with, and more…

The AMERICAN IDOL judging panel — and host Ryan Seacrest — will remain with the show next season, Fox officially confirmed.
“Jennifer [Lopez], Keith [Urban], Harry [Connick Jr.] and Ryan are the very best in the business at what they do, and I’m thrilled that they are returning to AMERICAN IDOL for another season,” said David Hill, Senior Executive Vice President, 21st Century Fox in a statement. “Each brings unique qualities and expertise to the team, but they all share the same passion for helping undiscovered singers achieve the American dream.”
“I am thrilled our consummate host, Mr. Ryan Seacrest, is returning for Season 14, together with Jennifer, Harry and Keith,” said AMERICAN IDOL creator and executive producer Simon Fuller. “Their interaction, warmth and experience made them an absolute joy to watch. I can’t wait to see their evolution together continue next season.”

Comments Off on MASTERS OF SEX: Caitlin FitzGerald Teases Season 2
We have less than a month until MASTERS OF SEX season 2 debuts, and while Bill and Virginia were the focus of the season-ending cliffhanger, his wife, Libby, had arguably one of the biggest changes by the end of season 1: she became a mother.
To get a little bit of a tease about how Libby is dealing with motherhood — and all the other stresses in her life — I spoke with Caitlin FitzGerald (Libby) about what’s to come in season 2…

Television is a unique medium, and if a show is lucky enough to hit it off, it can be a part of a viewer’s life for years. And with that kind of relationship, television viewers can be impacted by the characters they see to follow a similar career path — a fact many actresses who play characters in law enforcement can attest to.

Epatha Merkerson talked about the impact their roles have had on their fans, and Marin Ireland talked about the impact she hopes her THE DIVIDE character has…
