SLEEPY HOLLOW fans, in case you were worried, this episode put two fears to rest right at the start. First of all, Ichabod Crane’s disdain for banks isn’t going anywhere. Second, no jail cell can hold Jenny Mills for long; Abbie got her out in exchange for community service. But of course, when one problem is solved, three new ones crop up. Grab your stained glass, and let’s get to it.

THE ORIGINALS season 2 kicks off tonight!
Take a look at everything you missed this summer, including photos from tonight’s season premiere, an episode tease, and all the links you’ll need to catch up on what went down…
The CW’s description of the premiere: “After months of being holed up inside his compound, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) enlists the help of Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) in plotting his revenge against the Guerrera werewolves, and vows to take down anyone who poses a threat to baby Hope’s existence. Elijah watches helplessly as Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) spirals downward while mourning the loss of her daughter and struggling to adapt to her new hybrid status. Exiled by the Guerrera werewolves, who now control the French Quarter, Marcel is still reeling over the destruction of his vampire family, and attempts to rebuild his home with the help of Josh (guest star Steven Krueger). Elsewhere, Cami (Leah Pipes), who is attempting to regain some normalcy in her life, seeks comfort in a surprising place. Last, Davina (Danielle Campbell) continues her plan to use Mikael (guest star Sebastian Roche) against Klaus, but gets sidetracked when she meets the mysterious, yet charming Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman), who holds a few secrets of his own.”

UTOPIA has lost a number of participants in its first five weeks of filming (due to injuries, breaking rules, and opting out), but the contestants finally had control over an exit when they had the chance to vote out the show’s first contestant in Friday’s episode…and handyman, Red Vanwinkle was the first person who got the boot.
I spoke with Vanwinkle about his time on the show, his decision to separate himself from the group, and more…

At the end of the GOTHAM pilot, Jim Gordon seemingly killed Oswald…but Gordon, Oswald, and the viewers know that Gordon couldn’t go through with it and only warned the man never to return before he pushed Oswald into the river.
But of course, Oswald couldn’t stay away from Gotham.
So what will happen when Harvey Bullock finds out Gordon disobeyed him? And how long can Oswald stay away from the people he knows in Gotham? Ben McKenzie (Jim Gordon), Donal Logue (Harvey Bullock), and Robin Lord Taylor (Oswald) weighed in…

Next up, MULANEY…

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE’s streak of really excellent guest stars continues with this Sunday’s special guest: THE CLOSER star Kyra Sedgwick.
Unfortunately for Holt, Sedgwick’s Deputy Chief Madeline Wuntch isn’t someone he is particularly fond of. In fact, the duo hates each other. On the bright side, that means fans of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE will get to see a whole new side of Holt.
I spoke with BROOKLYN NINE-NINE stars Andre Braugher (Holt) and Terry Crews (Terry) about what meeting Holt’s nemesis will mean for the show…

Comments Off on UTOPIA: Red Talks Volunteering to Be Up for Elimination in Place of Bri
On Tuesday’s episode of UTOPIA, the pioneers found themselves in a big of tough spot: when the pioneers set out to pick their two nominated contestants who should be up for elimination, there was a tie between second and third placed vote-getters Bri and Red. (Bella was in first place, solo.) Red stepped up and volunteered to take Bri’s place in the final voting round for the month, but it ended up being only a temporary reprieve: Bri was America’s choice to be put up for elimination. (The results of the vote will be revealed on the episode of UTOPIA that airs on Fox tonight.)
But Red has no regrets about trying to save Bri from being up for elimination.
