6. Brooklyn Nine-Nine
It’s no surprise that Mike Schur’s newest comedy has turned into one of the strongest ensembles on TV. You can pair off these characters in any combination, and it works; every one of them brings out something different and equally hilarious in the others. Jake’s feelings for Amy have helped him mature, Holt is the perfect stone-faced foil, and Gina just likes stirring up trouble in her colorful sweaters. It’s a happy show full of people who like each other, and we can never have too many of those.
