For this year’s top shows/episodes of the year rankings, each member of Team Give Me My Remote will have their say! Next up, Sarah Curtis ranks her top episodes of 2014…
(Note: the shows in this post are listed in alphabetical order versus being ranked in preference.)
ARROW/The Flash crossover: 'Flash vs. Arrow' and 'The Brave and the Bold'
Technically, this crossover event consists of two episodes, but I’m still counting it! I like that the creators of both shows have set them in the same universe and that it’s fairly easy to weave characters into each setting. I also like that each show has its own tone and that each show’s episode in this crossover got to be "itself" for lack of a better word. It seemed clear that everyone involved had a good time, but it never went over the line of indulgence or too many inside jokes. It was a great two hours of television.
