Over the past few years, some THE VAMPIRE DIARIES fans have taken to Twitter to express their desire for a “Delena rain kiss.” (Delena = the Damon + Elena coupling, in case you aren’t familiar with ‘shipper shorthand.) And while some fans may have thought it wouldn’t happen, in a recent episode when Damon reflected on his time with Elena, fans got the kiss they had requested for so long.
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES co-creator Julie Plec sat down with reporters, and talked about honoring the fans with that kiss (and how it came to be in that episode), and explained why she loves this Thursday’s brand new episode, “Fade Into You” so much…
BONES: Carla Gallo on Having to Give Birth On-Screen

BONES’ Daisy is having a baby, and while Carla Gallo (Daisy) had some hesitancy about having to film the labor experience, fans will get to see the child be born in the next episode, “The Puzzler in the Pit.”
Of course, the moment will be extra meaningful for all the characters involved (and the viewers), since the father of Daisy’s son is Sweets (Daisy’s off-on boyfriend), who died in the season premiere. (AKA, odds are good there will be some tears.)
So what will the birth be like? I spoke with Gallo (who was accompanied by fellow squintern Eugene Byrd, AKA Clark at the 200th episode celebration on the BONES set last week, and whom had his own praise for Gallo) to get her take on it…

There’s a new man coming to ARROW this week, and Austin Butler’s Chase is catching Thea’s eye. And while it’s been teased Chase is a DJ, when Willa Holland (Thea) spoke with reporters on the show’s Vancouver set, she couldn’t expand much more than that.
Thankfully, she could talk a bit about the joys of working with her on-screen father/newly-minted ARROW series regular John Barrowman (Malcolm)…

Comments Off on THE FOLLOWING Season 3: ALMOST HUMAN’s Michael Ealy Lands a Series Regular Role
Former ALMOST HUMAN star Michael Ealy is staying in the Fox family: a rep for the show has confirmed that Ealy will join THE FOLLOWING in season 3. According to Deadline, Ealy will be a series regular.
Details about Ealy’s character (including his name/first episode) are being kept on the DL for now, but according to TVLine, he’ll play a “brilliant, chameleon-like murderer who’ll test Ryan Hardy’s limits.”
(Also, TV is a small world: Ealy’s former COMMON LAW costar Warren Cole also had an arc on THE FOLLOWING back in season 1.)
Are you excited to see Ealy on THE FOLLOWING?

Comments Off on RED BAND SOCIETY: Octavia Spencer on Getting to Sing as Nurse Jackson
In the last RED BAND SOCIETY, viewers learned a whole lot about Nurse Jackson — not only was she a former background singer, but her first intro to Ocean Park Hospital was due to Nurse Jackson’s sick sister. And with Nurse Jackson suspended from the hospital, Kenji and Nurse Brittany went to visit their old friend, and Kenji basically dared her to sing again. Naturally, she took him up on it…and kicked some major butt while doing it.
On the show’s Atlanta set, RED BAND SOCIETY Octavia Spencer spoke with reporters about having to sing for the series…
PERSON OF INTEREST: Michael Emerson on the Evolution of Finch and Their Season 4 Sanctuary

As PERSON OF INTEREST has evolved over the years, so have the characters within the series. And while PERSON OF INTEREST star Michael Emerson has been a steady fixture on television for years, we’re nearly at the point where Harold Finch will be the longest running character he’s played (surpassing his run on LOST as Ben Linus).
I spoke with Emerson on the show’s New York set about that milestone and the evolution of Finch, plus, why he loves their new subway sanctuary set…

In fact, SUPERNATURAL executive producer Robert Singer teased that the mark is “the core of [the brothers’] emotional story” for the rest of the season.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE will return for a 12th season, but the show will be shaken up a bit.
Per Fox, “throughout the auditions, the dancers who advance will be placed into two teams – the STAGE dancers, featuring those trained in styles such as contemporary, ballet, jazz or tap; and the STREET dancers, hopefuls skilled in hip-hop, animation or breaking. As the auditions continue, the judges, along with each team’s All-Star Mentor, will eliminate dancers until only the Top 20 – 10 Street Dancers and 10 Stage Dancers – remain. When the competition goes “live,” the Top 20 will be challenged weekly to perform a variety of styles, working with world-renowned choreographers. One dancer from each genre will be eliminated each week leading up to the Season Finale. Who will win…a dancer from the stage or the street? Find out when SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE returns in summer 2015.”

Check out some (excerpts) of the speeches that were given on Friday…

Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW: 5 Teases for ‘Mama’
SLEEPY HOLLOW is exploring a bit more of the Mills family drama with Monday’s brand new episode, “Mama,” as footage from suspicious deaths at Tarrytown Psych leads Abbie and Jenny to fear their mother’s soul might be responsible.
For me, “Mama” is the best episode SLEEPY HOLLOW has put out in season 2, and while I don’t want to ruin anything in the hour, I do have a few teases about what goes down…
