PERSON OF INTEREST: The Cast and Showrunner on the Big ‘If-Then-Else’ Twist

[This post contains a major spoiler for the Tuesday, January 6th episode of PERSON OF INTEREST, “If-Then-Else.”]

A little over a year after the PERSON OF INTEREST team lost Carter, they were faced with another blow: Shaw was (seemingly) taken down by Martine.

And while whether Shaw was actually killed is still to be determined, Sarah Shahi (Shaw) is off the show for a pretty good reason — she’s pregnant with twins in real-life!

CBS put together a lovely little video package where PERSON OF INTEREST showrunner Greg Plageman, and series stars Michael Emerson (Finch), Jim Caviezel (Reese), Kevin Chapman (Fusco), Amy Acker (Root), and Shahi spoke about the loss of Shaw…and Shahi’s coworkers shared some adorable (and hilarious) wishes for her upcoming bundles of joy…

PERSON OF INTEREST airs Tuesdays at 10 PM on CBS.
