The last man on Earth has found the last woman on Earth.

Unfortunately for Phil and Carol, they don’t mesh super well. In fact, they’re basically complete opposites. But since they’re, seemingly, the last people in the world, Phil, reluctantly, agreed to propose to Carol so they could have sex. (Post-marriage.)
