I’ll be excited when I hear that Stana Katic has signed a new deal to return. There’s no Castle without Beckett.
Mr. Winter is a great choice he has written some of the best episodes of Castle. But if Stana Katic isn’t back as Det. Beckett the show won’t be worth watching! I don’t say that as an insult to the other performers who are great, but without the Beckett character the show would never have gotten off the ground!
Winter has done some of the best episodes around the Beckett character and seems to know what the real fans of the show want, and when Ms. katic’s return is confirmed along with Jon Huertas and Seamus Dever I will be over the moon. If they think only Nathan Fillion can carry the show, as much as I enjoy his work, they are delusional!
