NBC has made a shift in its 2015-2016 schedule.
The new medical drama, HEARTBREAKER, will be pushed to midseason so production can accommodate series star Melissa George’s pregnancy. The CHICAGO FIRE spinoff, CHICAGO MED, will now be bumped up to HEARTBREAKERS’ intended post-VOICE slot (Tuesdays at 9 PM).
The new move will pair both CHICAGO shows together comes FIRE’s November launch. (A Neil Patrick Harris variety show will air Tuesdays at 10 for the first couple of months of the season.)

GRACE AND FRANKIE stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin appeared on THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN on Thursday night, and while they were there, Corden asked Fonda about her dance parties she hosts. And in an attempt to get an invite, Corden and LATE LATE SHOW guest Elizabeth Banks showed off their moves.
Needless to say, it was pretty amazing.

BONES Recap: ‘The Life in the Light’

Hello, BONES fans! What did you think of this episode, “The Life in the Light”? Historically, the show has had really great penultimate episodes, and I think this one is no different. Read on to discuss the case, the Hodgins and Angela storylines, and why I feel that the gambling storyline, while exquisitely performed, has a few flaws in its resolution. Let’s do this thing! Comments Off on BONES: Michaela Conlin Teases Angela’s Decision in ‘The Life in the Light’
As BONES heads towards the end of its tenth season, two key team members may be saying goodbye to the Jeffersonian.
For years, Angela has struggled with where she should be, career-wise, and in tonight’s penultimate hour, “The Life in the Light,” Hodgins presents his wife with a life-changing offer.
“We’ve been building up to this a little bit,” BONES star Michaela Conlin (Angela) acknowledged. “We’ve seen she’s conflicted about the kind of work they’re been doing for so many years. I think this time it’s less about her — I think a couple of seasons ago, it was about her journey, and what she wanted, and how she didn’t feel like she was being fulfilled as an artist. Now I think it’s about how she wants to raise her child, and the environment [the family] is in; I think it’s more of a family decision.”
But even if Angela takes Hodgins up on his offer, in the more immediate future, she’s worried about her best friend. (Angela and Brennan actually share arguably their best friendship scene of the series in tonight’s hour.)

TANGLED — the 2010 Disney animated movie starring Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi — is getting an animated series on Disney Channel, the network announced. The series will bring back Moore and Levi to reprise their roles, and debut sometime in 2017.
“The genius of the original movie was its seamless blending of cinematic adventure, character-driven comedy and touching emotion,” said Gary Marsh, President and Chief Creative Officer, Disney Channels Worldwide, in a statement. “And we are fortunate to have several of the creative talent from that movie on board with this new production. With the addition of Chris [Sonnenburg] and Shane [Prigmore] as Executive Producers, we have the perfect team in place to create a series worthy of the original film.” Read more

With David Letterman off the air, THE LATE LATE SHOW is airing behind reruns of scripted shows. And with the now-canceled THE MENTALIST leading into tonight’s hour, THE LATE LATE SHOW host James Corden debuted his show’s new “segment”: TALKING MENTALIST. (Much like AMC’s WALKING DEAD has TALKING DEAD has its companion show.)
Making things even more delightful? Connie Britton and Reggie Watts joined Corden’s “show.”

Comments Off on CAM GIRLS: Watch the First Two Episodes of the Charming New Web Series Now!
There’s so much television on at any given time — summer won’t even allow for a breather, with nearly every major channel lined with originals of some kind — both in traditional formats and in the more recent abundance of streaming options.
A new web series, CAM GIRLS, launched today, and unlike the ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACKs and TRANSPARENTs of the world, it’s not being launched by a Netflix or an Amazon; rather, the creative team took control of the series themselves, and are distributing the series on their own site and YouTube. (On the bright side, it also means you can watch the show for free.)

THE WHISPERS — ABC’s new supernatural drama — debuts tonight, and much of the initial unknown insanity is centered around children, and their “imaginary” friend, Drill. (Adults — and viewers — can’t see Drill, but we do hear the various children’s side of their conversations with the creature. And, certainly, viewers see the fallout from the kids’ “game” with Drill.)
But while a lot of the show rests on the kids’ shoulders — and they’re incredibly impressive in doing so — the young actors were delightfully joyous on the show’s Vancouver set. THE WHISPERS’ youngest stars Kyle Harrison Breitkopf (Henry) and Kylie Rogers (Minx) spoke with reporters about their roles, and more…
