CBS Cancels SCORPION
May 12, 2018 by Marisa Roffman
SCORPION will not return for a fifth season.
The CBS drama followed a group of highly intelligent specialists, who essentially saved the world on a weekly basis. The series starred Elyes Gabel, Robert Patrick, Katharine McPhee, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jadyn Wong, Ari Stidham, and Riley B. Smith
The move to cancel SCORPION comes in the aftermath of a show-changing finale: When Paige (McPhee) discovered her boyfriend Walter (Gabel) had lied about a night out with Florence (Tina Majorino), they split…and Team Scorpion split into two competing agencies.
Patrick tweeted about the cancellation, thanking the fans:
Thank you to all the fans! The writers, the crew, the cast, and @CBS it’s been a great story to tell and a hell of a run! On to the next! #loveya #TeamScorpion @ScorpionCBS 🦂
