It’s nearly opening night for SPRING AWAKENING on NBC’s RISE—and things are a disaster.

“There is so much that goes on,” series star Auli’i Cravalho (Lilette) teased to reporters in the video below. “We’re coming towards SPRING AWAKENING [which is] the beginning of this amazing show, but the end of the rehearsals. The last kind of tech week, hell week, that things are supposed to be coming together beautifully and seamlessly…everyone and everything is slowly and surely breaking apart when we should be coming together.”

But when it comes down to it, “they put their heart, soul, energy” into the musical, she added.

Good Girls renewed

Credi: Steve Dietl/NBC

NBC has renewed GOOD GIRLS for a second season, the network confirmed.

The drama—starring Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman—followed three suburban mothers who took the drastic step of robbing a store to try and solve their financial issues. Unfortunately for the trio, the robbery tied them into a much more complicated (and dangerous) situation. (The series did work in a fun quasi-crossover with fellow NBC series SUPERSTORE in its first year, though.)

GOOD GIRLS was created by Jenna Bans.
