Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

THE VOICE: That three-way Team Kelly Knockout was brutal; I’m glad they all stayed on the show.

As crazy impressive as the coaches are, Mariah. Freaking. Carey. She’s had a career for nearly three decades, and her voice is unreal. It was really delightful to see the contestants’ reaction to her, because that experience will be something they remember forever.

ARROW: Oh, Rene and Felicity…kidnapping is not a good idea. Very, very bad idea, in fact.

I respect that we’re three episodes into the season and Oliver is still in jail. That may seem like a no-brainer, but big moves should have far-reaching consequences. Good for ARROW.

HAPPY TOGETHER: It was fun seeing Damon Wayans Jr. and Sr. together as father-son. It was also nice to have Cooper work with a new dynamic; so often it’s him bouncing off of Jake and Claire as a duo.

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW: This. Bonkers. Show. Of course a Fairy Godmother was causing mayhem during the witch trials.

But what the heck is going on with Constantine? If the Fairy Godmother wouldn’t stay with him and would rather go to Hell than try to help take on what’s after him…that is decidedly Very Bad.

A VERY WICKED HALLOWEEN: The performance of “For Good” was so powerful, and by far the best moment of the night. Like, I would like to watch that every day for the foreseeable future.
