Netflix is releasing a sequel to MAKING A MURDERER, the 2015 docuseries about the death of Teresa Halbach, and the subsequent convictions of Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey.

The original series set off a flurry of interest in the case, particularly the apparent overlooked evidence and Dassey’s seemingly-coerced confession.

The CW has released the first photo of Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, AKA Batwoman.

Rose will make her ARROWverse debut in the crossover (which airs December 9-11), which has an Elseworlds backdrop. (In the comic books, “Elseworlds” tells stories that take place outside of the normal canon.)

The crossover starts filming on Tuesday, October 9. Read more

TNT has ordered sci-fi drama RAISED BY WOLVES straight to series, the network announced.

The series, from Aaron Guzikowski and Ridley Scott (the latter of whom will make his television directorial debut with the show), follows “two androids tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet. As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task.” Read more
