Y—based on the Y: THE LAST MAN comic book series—is officially coming to FX.
Per the network, “All of the men are dead. But one. Based on DC Comics’ acclaimed series Y: The Last Man by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra, Y traverses a post-apocalyptic world in which a cataclysmic event has decimated every male save for one lone human. The new world order of women will explore gender, race, class and survival. Diane Lane stars in Y, leading an ensemble cast featuring Barry Keoghan, Imogen Poots, Lashana Lynch, Juliana Canfield with Marin Ireland and Amiber Tamblyn.”

WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS, the upcoming FX television adaptation of the film by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, will bow on Wednesday, March 27 at 10/9c.
The series is a documentary-style look into the lives of a trio of vampires, who are reluctantly looking to take over the world. WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS stars Kayvan Novak, Matt Berry, Natasia Demetriou, Harvey Guillén, Mark Proksch, and Beanie Feldstein.

CBS is using its post-Super Bowl slot to debut its new reality series THE WORLD’S BEST.
The talent competition series is hosted by James Corden—with Drew Barrymore, RuPaul Charles, and Faith Hill judging—as acts from around the world compete for a million dollar prize. They move through to the next stage if they get over 75 points: a combined average (from 1-50) of the three pros, plus then a “wall of the world” of 50 experts (who represent one point each).
