If you’ve spent any significant amount of time watching LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, it’s safe to say you have the opening “In the criminal justice system…” bit memorized. But, frankly, there’s nothing like hearing Snoop Dogg recite it.

And about the episode: Snoop and Orlando Jones are fun as feuding rappers, but the real winner is Ice-T’s Fin. The hour provides a good look into his past—which is deeply tied to one of the suspects in the case.
