June 7, 2019 by Marisa Roffman
LUCIFER has been renewed for a fifth and final season, Netflix announced.
“We are so incredibly thankful to Netflix for resurrecting our show last season and now letting us finish the story of LUCIFER on our terms,” executive producers Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich said in a statement. “The best is yet to come!!”
The drama ran for three seasons on Fox before its May 2018 cancellation. Netflix revived the show a month later, and debuted season 4 on Wednesday, May 8.
