ONE DAY AT A TIME Revived at Pop TV
June 27, 2019 by Marisa Roffman
Pop TV has saved ONE DAY AT A TIME, Vulture reports.
The former Netflix series will have a 13-episode fourth season on Pop TV. The reboot of the Norman Lear classic was canceled by the streaming service in March, and led to a passionate outpouring from fans and the talent attached to find a way to revive it.
According to Vulture, the new deal also gives CBS—the parent company of Pop TV—the rights to air reruns of season 4 after the episodes have finished their first run on Pop.
The comedy stars Justina Machado, Todd Grinnell, Isabella Gomez, Marcel Ruiz, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Rita Moreno. It is run by Gloria Calderon Kellett and Mike Royce.
