LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT Season 21 Premiere: Ian McShane to Guest Star

Ian McShane will guest star in LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT’s milestone 21st season premiere, NBC announced.

Per the network, McShane guest stars as “a charming and high-profile media mogul who takes on Olivia Benson and the SVU squad after being accused of sexual assault.” McShane recently appeared in the DEADWOOD film and the second season of AMERICAN GODS.

The upcoming season will break the record for longest-running live-action primetime television show (in terms of seasons). Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Kelli Giddish and Peter Scanavino star in the long-running drama, and Warren Leight is returning (after a multi-season hiatus) as showrunner.
