ARROW: Stephen Amell and Marc Guggenheim on the Show’s Very Final Scene
August 2, 2019 by Marisa Roffman
ARROW’s final season is shaping up to be a jam-packed ten episodes (which includes the massive “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover), and executive producer Marc Guggenheim already knows where it’s going to end.
“I never intended to write the last scene ahead of time,” he told reporters in the video below. “Every morning I meditate, and one morning, I happened to be meditating, and I came out of the meditation and I had the entire last scene…I took it down on paper.”
The scene serves as an epilogue, Guggenheim shared, noting it is a bit removed from everything else that will inevitably happen in the hour. “It just feels right,” he said.
“It’s really cool,” ARROW star Stephen Amell added. (Guggenheim pitched him what it will be.) “I hope it works out.”
