ARROW: Rick Gonzalez Teases a Very Different Rene in Season 8

There’s a lot about the state of Team ARROW that will be up in the air when the show returns for its eighth and final season—with Felicity gone and Oliver’s time potentially running out—and Rick Gonzalez hinted the Rene viewers see will be very different than the one they’ve known for years.
“You’ve never seen Rene this way before,” he teased to reporters in the video below. “I’m excited to see what the fans think about this Rene.”
The only hint he would give? It’s not a future version of Rene who is that different. Hmmm…
