Winston Duke to Star in Apple TV+’s SWAGGER

Winston Duke has joined the new Apple TV+ series SWAGGER.

The series, which will be written/directed by Reggie Rock Bythewood, is a basketball-themed drama from NBA star Kevin Durant and Imagine’s Brian Grazer. Duke will play Ike, “a youth basketball coach and former star player.” The series is also inspired Durant’s own experience with youth basketball.

Duke, whose past work includes memorable roles in BLACK PANTHER and US, previously had arcs on PERSON OF INTEREST, MODERN FAMILY, and THE MESSENGERS.

SWAGGER will go into production later this month.
