Favorite Television Episodes of the 2010s
December 26, 2019 by Marisa Roffman
The 2010s brought up Peak TV, which meant we got thousands of incredible hours of television. As we head into a new decade, we looked back at a few of our favorite episodes that aired from 2010-2019*…
BLACK MIRROR: "San Junipero”
Most episodes of BLACK MIRROR have the potential to make you want to throw every single piece of technology away, but “San Junipero” was a beautiful, hopeful story about love. (To be fair, it was wildly bittersweet and there was a lot of trauma, but the notion of finding a real love being able to spend eternity with them in a virtual reality post-death is lovely.) And given how bleak many of the episodes can be, it was lovely to have that optimistic look at the good technology might one day be able to do. (Credit: Netflix)
*As a note, we didn’t include our top pilots or shows we opted to acknowledge in the upcoming Best of 2019 post.
