With THE MANDALORIAN—and Disney+—launching in just over two weeks, the streaming platform released a new trailer for the STAR WARS series.
Per the show’s official logline, the top-secret series is “set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.” THE MANDALORIAN stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, and Taika Waititi.

Netflix is splitting the final season of LUCIFER in half, series star Tom Ellis announced on THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW.
During Clarkson’s set tour—with her family, which is really worth watching (below) if you have the time—Ellis revealed that the first eight episodes of season 5 will debut in one chunk, and the final eight will debut at a TBA date.
Season 5 will mark the second season of LUCIFER on Netflix. (The first three seasons ran on Fox.) The series also stars Lauren German, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, and Scarlett Estevez.

THE SIMPSONS – Freeform welcomes the Simpson family as America’s longest-running sitcom will begin to air on the network starting this September. Viewers will be able to enjoy episodes from all 30 seasons of the dysfunctional and hilarious adventures of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie and the array of quirky supporting characters living in the misfit city of Springfield. Currently in its 30th season, “The Simpsons” is a Gracie Films Production in association with 20th Century Fox Television. The series was created by Matt Groening and developed by James L. Brooks, Matt Groening and Sam Simon. James L. Brooks, Matt Groening and Al Jean are executive producers. Air dates will be announced at a later date. (c) TCFFC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
THE SIMPSONS’ streaming home moves to Disney+ on November 12, and the animated company is having a little bit of fun with its still quasi-new corporate overlords.
Upon the announcement in April, THE SIMPSONS characters had fun with the synergy of it all, and that continues with the second teaser. In the quick video, Bart bemoans having to dress up as Mickey, while Homer (decked out in an Iron Man costume) chides his son.
