Apple TV+ Renews HOME BEFORE DARK
January 19, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
Ahead of its April 3 debut, Apple TV+ has handed a second season order to its new series HOME BEFORE DARK. The first three episodes will debut at once, with new episodes dropping weekly after that.
The series “follows a young girl who moves from Brooklyn to the small lakeside town her father left behind. While there, her dogged pursuit of the truth leads her to unearth a cold case that everyone in town, including her own father, tried hard to bury.”
HOME BEFORE DARK was inspired by real journalist Hilde Lysiak; the series was co-created Dana Fox and Dara Resnik. (Jon M. Chu is an executive producer and director.) The cast includes Brooklynn Prince, Jim Sturgess, Adrian Hough, Jibrail Nantambu, Deric McCabe, and Joelle Carter.
HOME BEFORE DARK, Series Premiere, Friday, April 3, Apple TV+
