LOVE ISLAND Season 2: CBS Sets May Return, Adds Extra Episode Per Week
February 14, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
LOVE ISLAND will return with a two-hour season premiere on Thursday, May 21 at 8/7c, CBS announced. After the premiere, the series will air six nights a week at 8/7c, with five originals and a recap show on Saturdays.
Returning for the second season are host Arielle Vandenberg and the (hilarious) narrator Matthew Hoffman. There’s an open casting call for the new group of participants at CBS’ website.
The reality series follows a group of “Islanders” who move into a tropical villa, pair up, and try to find love. But every few days, the new couples have to reassess their status…as new singles are brought in to shake things up. (And while this is going on, viewers get to vote on their favorite couples, who should get dates, etc.)
Miss the delightful first season? The entire run is available to stream for free on CBS.com and the app.
