About Last Night…THE FLASH, FBI, LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, and More

Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!
THE FLASH: While they work to build a new speed force, it’s going to be interesting to see how the show handles Barry’s dwindling powers. He can’t do things like rush to crime scenes, clean up the house pretty fast, etc. And certainly building a fake speed force won’t be without its own complications…
So, uh, I assume this fake Iris will be outed pretty immediately now?
FBI: I was curious how the show would write out Maggie given Missy Peregrym’s real-life pregnancy was taking her out of production for the rest of the season, but I really appreciated this. It wasn’t needlessly dramatic, there was no life-threatening injury, there was no major fallout—she simply took an undercover assignment with the promise she’d be back.
LEGENDS OF TOMORROW: Man, I’m going to miss Ray and Nora. There’s a pure element to Ray’s joy and delight at everything that really can’t be replicated. But I’m also really happy this wasn’t their final episode. As important as Nora’s relationship is to Ray’s journey, he was a part of the ARROW universe long before she joined—and he was an original member of the Legends. A proper goodbye should be with the team he spent so much time with vs. just a happily ever after.
But holy moly, the trip to Mr. Parker’s Cul-De-Sac Crew. Puppets! Awkward confrontations! Gary the Train!
FBI: MOST WANTED: Really loved that Nathaniel Arcand got his showcase episode. The Clinton and Jess family dynamic is lovely, and I always want a little more from their still-healing family unit.
